Asset

One asset: where it stands on each service plan, its meters, and its history.

Service plans

Each of its class's plans, with its status:

Status	Meaning
OK	Nothing to do
Due soon	Within a tenth of an interval of a limit: 10 nm before a 100 nm service, about 36 days before a yearly one
Due now	A limit is reached
Overdue	More than a tenth of an interval past it

Next due is the limit that will be reached first: the meter total it falls due at and how far there is to go, or the date. Last done is the plan's last service; never means it counts from the date the asset went into service.

Work order opens a new work order for the plan's service part, on this asset. When that order is completed, the service is recorded: the meters as they stand become the plan's new starting point, and any plans it includes are recorded as done too. An order already open for the plan is shown instead.

Meters

Each meter's total and when it was last read. Record reading adds one:

it reads: what the meter shows. It can't be less than the total, unless the meter was replaced or reset: then tick the box, and the total carries on from where it was.
it went up by: how far it moved, such as one mission's distance.

A reading dated before the meter's latest is kept as history but doesn't change the total.

Record a service

For a service done without a work order here, or before the asset was in Foudra. The meters as they stand now become the plan's baseline.

Overrides

One asset's own exception to a plan, for one of its limits:

next due at, once: the next service falls due at this meter total (or on this date, for time), whatever the plan says. Doing the service uses it up. An oil analysis that allows a 250 h oil change to run to 400 h is a next-due override at 400.
every, from now on: this asset's own interval in place of the plan's, until withdrawn.

History

Service history lists each service done, with those included in a bigger one; Readings the latest readings; Work orders the orders that served this asset.
