Stock locations

Where stock physically is, or notionally is. Stock is always counted at a location: on hand is a per-part, per-location figure.

The search box matches code or name; sorting, paging and export work as on the parts list.

Parents matter. Make each site a top-level location (Dublin, Aughinish) and put its rooms, shelves and bins beneath it. A work order that names the site as its component location can use stock anywhere in it, and backflush issues from whichever shelf has the most. Stock at another site does not count until it is transferred.

Virtual locations matter for the books: goods in for received-not-put-away, WIP for what is on the bench, scrap for write-offs that should stay visible.
