Lots and serial numbers
Every lot and serial number the company has: those of tracked parts, newest first. Search by the code, the supplier's batch number or the part.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Lot / serial | The code: what is printed on the label and scanned back |
| Kind | lot (a batch) or serial (one unit) |
| On hand | What the lot holds now, all locations together. A used-up lot or a shipped serial reads 0 and stays listed, with its history |
| Expires | A lot's expiry date, (expired) once past |
| Supplier's batch | The supplier's own number for the batch, when it differs from yours |
