Receive goods
The box has arrived. This page lists every line still open on the order, with the quantity outstanding filled in and the location you chose on the order page pre-selected on every row.

Book in submits the lot as one transaction: each line with a quantity becomes a receipt movement in the stock ledger at the order's unit price converted through its frozen exchange rate, the order line's received quantity is updated, and the order's status follows — partially received while anything is outstanding, received when nothing is. Over-receiving a line is refused and nothing is booked.
Partial deliveries are normal: come back to this page when the rest arrives and it will show only what is still open.
