New service plan
A recurring service for every asset of a class. It falls due when any of its limits is reached, counted from the last time it was done (or from when the asset went into service).
The work itself is a service part: a part that isn't stocked, whose bill of materials is the kit and whose routing is the labour. A service's work order is then an ordinary work order for that part: it draws the kit, occupies stations, and puts nothing into stock, and planning sees the kit as demand like any other.
