Transfers needed
The pick list for stock that exists, but at the wrong site.
A work order draws its materials from its component location and everything beneath it: name Dublin and any shelf in Dublin will do. When a waiting step is short of something that is sitting at another site — bow node PCBs in Aughinish while the order is in Dublin — this page turns the gap into a move: part, quantity, from, to, for which order.
Each line is the smallest move that helps: the shortfall, taken from the biggest pile outside the order's subtree, then the next pile if that one is not enough. Two orders never claim the same stock.
Confirm moved (operator): tick the lines you have physically loaded up and carried across, and press it. Each becomes a transfer in the ledger, one movement out of the source and one into the destination, noting the order it was for. The waiting step becomes ready on the next look. Nothing is reserved or in transit: if you tick before you carry, the books are ahead of the shelf.
Nobody has these lists shortfalls that no location in the company can cover. Those need buying or making: planning proposes both, and replenishment covers reorder points.
The page is derived on every visit from the open orders and the stock ledger; there is nothing to refresh. A line you tick that someone else has already moved is skipped rather than moved twice.
