Invite someone

Owners and admins bring colleagues into the company here. Give their email, their name and the role they need; you can give any role up to your own.

They get an email with a link, good for 7 days, to choose their name and a password; following it signs them in. Until then they are listed as Invited and nothing can sign in to the account. From their user page you can resend the invitation (a fresh link; the old one stops working) or cancel it.

The email says only which company's web address invited them, the role and the link: no names or messages, so the invitations can't be used to send anyone anything else. A company can send up to 20 invitations a day.

The same person can belong to several companies, each with its own account and password. Inviting someone who was removed brings back their old account, with its history.
